This is My Identity

If you are in the season of sowing as I am, it is easy to become physically or mentally exhausted.

Thinking, reasoning, and focusing on God’s plans for these seeds become harder.

We must remind ourselves that faith is needed to grow, and dividends will come.

Here’s what I have been reminding myself of when I want to get ahead of God’s plans, change directions of where He has me going, or copy behaviors and values of the world that don’t align with His words.

This is my identity:

I am loved.

I am carried by God.

I am His.

I am God’s Child.

This is how I am going to show up for my family:

Kind.

Generous.

Be a safe place for them.

Continue to learn and be curious about who God created them to be. They have their own purpose too!
