Betty Tang is a wife, and a mom to a 2-year-old daughter, whose writing focuses on faith, family, and personal life.

She began writing under the alias of Wake Pray Slay on Facebook in 2017 to spread uplifting messages. She, then, realized that sharing her personal journey in an honest, transparent fashion is more helpful than writing a “quote of the day”. By sharing her struggles, she hopes to help one person feel seen and heard.
